🍃 SOUND BATH AND NATURE CONNECTION

📅 Sunday, June 29th | ⏳ 2 hours | 🕙 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM | 💲$34 per person

Join us for a relaxing experience in nature that combines forest bathing, sound healing, and guided journaling. You'll slow down, connect with the forest through your senses, and enjoy calming soundscapes to support deep relaxation. Afterward, gather around the fire for a guided journaling session to reflect and unwind. Leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and more connected to yourself and the natural world.

🌲 Bonus! 9:30 AM Pre-Workshop Nature Walk

Before the session, join one of our onsite naturalists for an optional guided walk through the ancient old-growth trees of Wildwood. Learn about the unique ecology of the Coastal Douglas-fir ecosystem—one of the most endangered forest types in British Columbia—and the critical importance of protecting these irreplaceable habitats. This walk will also highlight Wildwood’s role as a living example of ecoforestry, showcasing how sustainable forest stewardship can protect biodiversity while supporting long-term ecosystem health.

We are grateful to operate on the unceded territories of the Stz’uminus, Snuneymuxw, and Snaw-naw-as First Nations and acknowledge their deep, enduring relationships with these lands and forests.
