Immerse yourself in the calming embrace of the forest with a guided forest bathing experience. Rooted in mindfulness and nature therapy, this session encourages you to slow down, engage your senses, and build a deeper connection to the natural world. Through gentle movement, sensory awareness exercises, and quiet reflection, Alicia Meek will guide you in cultivating presence, relaxation, and well-being. Leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and more attuned to the rhythms of nature.
🌲 Bonus: Post-Workshop Nature Walk!
After the session, join one of our onsite naturalists for an optional guided walk through the ancient old-growth trees of Wildwood. Learn about the unique ecology of the Coastal Douglas-fir ecosystem—one of the most endangered forest types in British Columbia—and the critical importance of protecting these irreplaceable habitats. This walk will also highlight Wildwood’s role as a living example of ecoforestry, showcasing how sustainable forest stewardship can protect biodiversity while supporting long-term ecosystem health.
